2024年1月5-6日，第14届POMS-HK国际学术会议香港科技大学举行。本次论坛由香港科技大学商学院承办，会议邀请了Prof. Shane G. HENDERSONfromCornell University, Prof. Ming HU from University of Toronto, Prof. Peng SUN from Duke University, and Prof. Assaf ZEEVI from Columbia University分别做了关于Topic: Modeling the Impact of Community First Responders,Title: Spatial Supply-Demand Matching, Topic: Equilibrium with Communication, Information Design, and Linear Programming, and Topic: Some Flavors of Statistical Learning in Operations的主旨汇报。本次学术会议参与人数超过600人，有大量来自内地高校的管工学科、工商管理学科、工业工程学科等领域的专家学者，会议围绕着New Frontiers in Operations Management – Opportunities and Challenges的主旨开展，内容涵盖了OM, OR, ML等多个领域。

我院张树柱老师应邀参加了该次学术论坛，并做了主题为Data-driven optimal deployment and scheduling of highway emergency rescue resources的学术汇报，并与来与浙江大学、天津大学、大连理工大学、港科大、港理工、康涅狄格大学等高校的多位专家学者进行了深入的沟通与交流，增强了英国上市公司官网365与其他高校相关学院的联系，期待后续进一步的合作与交流。
